Lena Hung is an Accredited Immigration Law Specialist with over 13 years of experience in Immigration Law, Property Conveyancing and general areas of Corporate Law with an emphasis on Start-up Businesses, Business Sponsor Immigration and Employment Law Compliance. Within Victoria, she is one of only 45 Accredited Immigration Law Specialists.

The team working at Lena Hung & Associates is an experienced team of immigration and corporate solicitors each with several years of experience and expertise. Based within the heart of the Melbourne CBD, the firm is accessible to clients looking for legal advice, guidance and assistance in both personal and business related matters.

Our firm's migration expertise extends to the training and education of Registered Migration Agents (RMAs) and Immigration Lawyers. Our firm offers OMARA approved CPDs through the associated training and education company Enriched Migration Training. The CPDs are all approved for the purposes of meeting RMA and Australian legal practitioner mandatory CPD obligations throughout each practicing year.

All of our solicitors are registered both under the Legal Services Board (LSB) and the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) as well as being Members of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV). Lena Hung is the Principal of Lena Hung and Associates and is an Accredited Immigration Law Specialist based in Melbourne, an LIV qualification held by only 45 solicitors in Victoria.

Lena is passionately involved in the migration and legal communities and presently holds the following positions:

She has over 13 years of professional expertise in Immigration Law and has considerable experience in presenting approved CPD seminars and workshops. She is the principal facilitator and presenter for Enriched Migration Training CPD programs, an organisation which has provided CPD training to hundreds of RMAs and Lawyers.

KeatKeat Low MARN: 1280384

Keat Low is an Associate Solicitor and Registered Migration Agent with 7 years of experience in migration law. She graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce. Keat is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA), Law Institute of Victoria (LIV) and the Asian Australian Lawyers Association (AALA).

In addition to being a Registered Migration Agent, Keat is registered as an Officer of the High Court of Australia and is qualified to perform Federal Litigation. Keat has experience at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and Federal Circuit Court (FCC) as well as applications for Ministerial Intervention.

Keat’s principal area of practice is Immigration Law. Dennis Shen is an Associate solicitor and Registered Migration Agent. He has practiced in the area of migration for 6 years. He graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Media Communications). Dennis has experience in all immigration areas with a particular focus on Corporate and Business migration.

In addition to being a Registered Migration Agent, Dennis is registered as an Officer of the High Court of Australia and is qualified to perform Federal Litigation. TomTom Downing

Tom Downing has been working in the legal industry for 7 years and has been admitted as an Australian Lawyer to the Supreme Court of Victoria. He graduated from Australian National University with a Bachelor of Laws and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He has experience in a range of legal areas, including migration law, business law, property and conveyancing, and criminal law and has handled infringement and enforcement cases requiring appearance before the Magistrates' Court of Victoria. As a qualified Australian Legal Practitioner he is also admitted in the High Court of Australia.

Tom has a wealth of knowledge in conveyancing and associated property legislation including FIRB and has managed property purchase and sale matters for Australian and overseas buyers, including new, existing and off the plan purchases. Tom is supported by a team of property professionals in the Property and Conveyancing Department at Lena Hung and Associates.
